| About / Additional Info: | Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic violations, municipal ordinance violations, and misdemeanor offenses. Court sessions are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 4:00 p.m. and on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, at noon. Trials and reviews are typically set for the 2nd Thursday of each month. Traffic arraignments are set for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Arraignments set for drugs, alcohol, domestic violence, theft, and other misdemeanor violation/offenses are set for the 4th Thursday of each month. |
